- All deposits are non refundable but can be transferred towards another trip if cancelled within the first month before the first instalment payment is made.
- If you cancel by the 31st July you get a full refund (minus your deposit payment)
- If you cancel your trip between 1st August – 31st August before the trip you have the option to transfer your payments as a credit towards a different trip with Toyin Experiences or receive a 50% refund (minus deposit)
- If you cancel your trip between 1st September – 2nd November, no refund will be provided.
