Ghana booking policy
- It is our intention to follow the day to day itinerary, although there is a built in degree of flexibility to take account anything that may come up. Travellers will be informed and given alternative options.
- Occasionally, as a result of various operational factors, usually flight delays and schedule changes or hotel availabilities, museums close, there may be a slight change to the arrangements. You will be informed of any changes.
- If a trip has to be delayed due to COVID or other unforeseen situations, we will reschedule the trip and book you into the new dates.
- For any trip cancelled by Toyin Experiences, we will offer a new date, if this is not suitable, we issue you a full credit towards a future trip or offer a refund.
- Any expenses incurred while preparing for the trip will not be borne by Toyin Experiences.
