Trip Overview
Day 1: Cairo, Egypt
You will meet your driver when you arrive at Cairo International Airport. Following this, you will be driven to your 4-star hotel on a private air-conditioned vehicle for drop-off. You are free to do what you like. The hotel will have a pool, a restaurant and lounge areas to explore. We will all have dinner together and spend the night in Cairo
Day 2: Day Tour Cairo
After breakfast at your hotel, we will go on a day tour of the Giza Pyramids, Sphinx, Egyptian Museum, and Khan El-Khalili Bazaar. Upon completion you will will be taken to hotel to relax, have dinner and have some rest for your very early start the next day. For an additional cost you can enter the pyramid.
Day 3: Fly to Luxor:
After grabbing your packed breakfast, you will check out and fly from Cairo Airport for an early flight to Luxor airport where you will meet your driver. You will have a long but exciting day ahead. You will visit the two colossal statues, Colossi of Memnon, Valley of the Kings, which is the burial place of the kings of Thebes (ancient Luxor), the tomb of King Tutankhamen (optional, for an additional cost), the Temple of Hatshepsut and the Karnak Temples
Day 4: Free day in Luxor
After a busy 2 days, you will be tired so this is your chance to relax and rest. The hotel has a pool and restaurants, you can also book a massage (at an additional cost) Later on in the afternoon you will be picked up to enjoy a 1-hour felucca ride on the majestic Nile River to enjoy the sunset.
Optional morning activity: You can ride on a Hot Air Balloon over the West Bank in Luxor at sunset. You will be picked up and dropped back off.
Day 5: Fly to Cairo & Departure
After breakfast at your hotel, you will check out and then transfer to Luxor airport to fly to Cairo International Airport for your departure back home.
