Cancellations and Refunds – only 50% is refundable up until 28th May. After 29th May the trip is non refundable unless there is a serious issue and there will be a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellation on the day is completely non-refundable regardless of circumstance.

The Day
We meet at our meeting point in London (TBC) at approx 8:00am.
After being picked up you will enjoy a scenic drive on the way to Durdle Door/Lulworth Cove
The bus will drop you off at Lulworth Cove at about around midday. We will grab lunch (included minus drinks). After this we take the secnic walk & will head over to Durdle Door from Lulworth Cove. You can take some amazing pictures and head down to the beach if you like. If the beach is not your thing head back to Lulworth Cove and relax at one of the cafes and enjoy the views or grab an ice cream. After approx 4.5 hours. you will head home after a lovely afternoon 🙂
Important
You need to wear appropriate trainers or study sandals (no flip flops, slippers or shoes). because the walk from Lulworth Cove to Durdle Door is just over a mile and some of the paths can be steep. It’s also important to be comfortable with walking this far.
If you plan on going down to down to the beach please note you will go up and down steep steps. Also the walk back from Durdle Door is quite a steep walk so please be prepared to walk and wear trainers. You can bring flip flops to change if you plan on sitting on the beach.
By joining the trip you are agreeing that you are responsible for your behaviour on the trip & Toyin Experiences is not liable for any accidents while walking around.

Important Information
Cancellations
It is your responsibility to cancel your tour prior to the tour date. There will be a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel up until the specified date on the tour page.
On the day of cancellation there would be no refunds regardless of circumstance.
Timings and Stops
Passengers should aim to be at the pick up point for their tour at least 5 minutes prior to their scheduled time.
Passengers must allow plenty of time to return in time to connect with any other form of transport. We do not accept responsibility for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Stops are made during the tour for sightseeing and refreshment. You must return to the minibuses punctually within the time allowed for those stops. Your minibus may have to leave without you if your return is overdue and we shall not be liable for the consequence.
Personal luggage and effects
Passengers are permitted to carry a reasonable amount of luggage/bags. Some of the minibuses have limited or no luggage space so please let us know if you are planning to bring some luggage.
Passengers must also look after their personal effects at all times whilst at the pick up point, at the stops and on the minibus.

We will not be liable for loss or damage to luggage or its contents or personal effects resulting from carrying or leaving any luggage or personal effects on our minibuses.
Accident or Loss
We have no liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to our employees’ negligence, in which case our liability is limited to a maximum of the refund of the tour cost.
We shall not be liable for any loss, consequential loss, inconvenience or delay arising out of the breakdown or failure of any vehicles or from circumstances beyond our control.
Personal Insurance
Personal insurance is not included. Passengers are advised to arrange their own personal insurance cover.
Nuisances
In the interests of all passengers the following rules apply:-
Smoking and vaping – you are not permitted to smoke or vape whilst on board our minibuses but all tours make frequent stops.
Alcoholic drinks – you are not allowed to take into our minibuses any alcoholic drinks for the purpose of consuming them onboard or to remain on the vehicle when in the opinion of the driver you are under the influence of alcoholic drink.
Drug and Solvent Abuse – you are not permitted to board or remain on board our minibuses whilst under the influence of drugs and / or solvents.
Failure to comply with any of the above may result in you being required to leave the minibus in the interests of fellow passengers. Should this happen you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation and we shall be under no further obligation or liability to you.
Changes to tours and excursions
Every care will be exercised in the arrangement of tours. However, we will not be liable for unexpected and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Changes may be made to tours to respond to unexpected and unforeseen circumstances. Your driver has to exercise his/her discretion on the effects which these may have on the tour.
If we fail for whatever reason within our control to complete a tour we will provide suitable alternative transport but our liability shall be limited to the cost of providing transport to the agreed drop off points. We have no liability for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or direct or consequential loss.
Each tour operates subject to sufficient demand. We reserve the right to cancel or alter arrangements. In the event of cancellation all monies paid will be refunded.
In the event that an advertised place of interest shall be closed every endeavour shall be made to substitute an alternative but the company reserves the right to cancel or alter arrangements.
We have no liability for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or direct or consequential loss caused as a result of the late departure or return of a tour.
General conditions
We may at our discretion require any person to withdraw from any tour at any time if we deem their acts offensive or a nuisance to other passengers. Should this happen you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation and we shall be under no further obligation or liability to you.
Any complaint should, in the first instance be communicated to the driver. Should the matter remain unresolved then passengers must report the matter to Toyin Experiences without delay with confirmation in writing not later than 2 days from the return of the tour.
After after spending some time at Lulworth Cove; walk the one mile or so over the hill to Lulworth Cove. This walk is over a well trodden path which is a BIG hill and it does give magnificent views in both directions, remember to look behind you. The walk is a mile or so and takes about half an hour. However if you have trouble walking or hiking, you can enjoy your time in Lulworth Cove.
Make sure you are wearing comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for different terrains!
- Photo and videos will be taken on this trip. Please let us know if you would not like your photos and videos to be taken in writing via email before the start of the trip.
Walking shoes/boots or trainers are a must (no flips flops or heels). Apart from that, it will be up to you!
